General Terms and Conditions:

WholesaleWS.Com is intended to be for Companies or Individuals to buy items at Wholesale Prices. This site is not for the General Public. You agree that either you are a reseller or you intend to purchase products on WholealeWS.Com. Resellers, Manufactures, Distributors, Wholesalers can post their listings on WholesaleWS.Com for a fee.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate:

You agree that WholesaleWS.Com, in its own discretion, may terminate any listings or use of the service immediately and without notice if
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of WholesaleWS.Com
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term
(c) You have listed a suspicious item
(d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing while we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

Your Conduct:

You are solely responsible for the contents of your listings or purchases through WholesaleWS.Com. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

You must not transmit through WholesaleWS.Com service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership:

Membership to WholesaleWS.Com is only available to those who can form a legally binding contract. WholesaleWS.Com does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

Fees and Payment:

You Agree to pay any Fees or Invoices to WholesaleWS.Com immediately upon receipt or when Seller post item.

Membership Fees:

You agree to pay all Membership fees that is due. Effective Wednesday, October 7, 2009 the current Membership Fee is $55.00 per year. The yearly membership fee alows the Member to have access to WholesaleWS.Com Web Site to purchase Items at a wholesale Prices.

Banner Advertisements:

Banner Advertisements must be paid in advance before Banner is posted on WholesaleWS.Com

Banner Advertisements will be posted under Categories example under Category of Christmas. Your Banner Advertisement will only appear under Christmas. You may place your Banner Ad under other Categories but an extra fee will be added. For Banner Advertisements please contact us at sales@wholesalews.com for a price quote.

WholesaleWS.Com reserves the right to reject any Banner Advertisements at its own discretion.

Buyer and Seller:

Buyer aggrees to pay seller immediately after Auction or Buy Now or pay Seller as discribed in the Payment Description.

Seller Agrees to post his/her listing as accurate as possible and seller agrees to immediately ship products or carry the transaction as described in the Sellers Listing Description to the Buyer.

WholesaleWS.Com will monitor all Transactions between Seller and Buyer to make sure that the Transaction is complete.

General Terms:

WholesaleWS.Com acts as the window for sellers to conduct auctions and for buyers to bid on sellers' auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on.

If Buyer does not complete the transaction and pay for item then WholesaleWS.Com may delete the Buyer and BAN the Buyer from WholesaleWS.Com forever.

If the Seller does not complete the transanction and ship the paid item to the buyer then WholesaleWS.Com may delete the Seller and Ban the Sller from WholesaleWS.Com forever.

WholesaleWS.Com shall not be responsible for any items sold on WholesaleWS.Com from any other seller, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller.

WholesaleWS.Com guarantees all items that is sold by WholesaleWS.Com .

WholesaleWS.Com shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained from other sellers.

WholesaleWS.Com assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

Laws:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of California, U.S.A. and any disputes will be decided only by the U.S. District Courts located in Los Angeles County, California

WholesaleWS.Com reserves the right to update, modify, delete any of its Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and this also includes in any fee change.
